Synthesis Energy Systems (NASDAQ: SYMX): Provided marketing, consulting and investor relations in conjunction with a reverse-merger private placement reorganization of this clean coal energy provider. Synthesis is current operating plants in China thanks to the funds that were raised in the private placement.
QUORUM Magazine: Developed 86 page turnkey full color legal and lifestyle publication for our client, the publisher. Included all content, photography, layout and operation of the business including advertising sales and marketing. QUORUM was sold to a major international publishing house after only 13 months in print!
