In 1999, when Pratt & Whitney Power Systems was looking for a way to educate the market about the advantages of its engines vs. the competition, Brand Equity staff created a complex, interactive financial tool that considered hundreds of variables relating to plant construction and use to determine the most advantageous prime mover. The tool not only educated the market on when they should be buying the Pratt & Whitney product; it also told them what product to buy for any application. Pratt & Whitney Power Systems experienced exponential growth and more than quadrupled its market share at the time as a result of this initiative.
When Pratt & Whitney Power Systems wanted a brochure to showcase the advanced capabilities of their San Antonio repair facility, they turned to the experts at Brand Equity to make the highly technical processes come to life for the reader. Through an artful photo shoot and layout, “The Art of IGT Repair” captured the attention of an industry with its vivid close ups and colors of seemingly “boring” industrial processes.
